Saint Benedict says in his monastic order: „Let nothing, therefore, be put before the Work of God.“ (RB 43,3). This quote implies the importance of the liturgy. Alongside the Divine Office, Holy Communion is the indispensable heart of our monastic life.
It is the irruption of heaven on earth and the most intense form of encounter with God.
So, by quoting the early Christians during their prosecution, we say: „We could not live without this celebration.“

7.30 am: Basilica
9.30 am: Parish church
10.30 am: Basilica
Any changes to the schedule will be publicly announced.
During winter, the 7.30 am and 10.30 am services are held in the abbey itself (further information on site).
